I’ve been with Sandlot for going on 3 years, starting as an Assistant Coach and this year as Co-Head Coach. I’ve been coaching in the High School level for the last 6 years. As a coach, I’m aiming to add great leadership to a program and establish a culture that brings compassion, unity, and resiliency though effective motivation.
